I just tried a reiki treatment for the first time At a distance at that too. I did not really believe it but it works power 10! I really felt everything , I don't know how to describe it to you...... Whether you're new to Reiki or just curious how it all works, I’ve put together some of the most common things people ask me. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out—I'm always happy to help!

Reiki can be done with light touch or no touch at all—it’s completely up to you. Before each session, I’ll talk with you to understand your comfort level and preferences. Both methods are equally effective.

An open mind is helpful, but belief is not required. Many first-time clients experience the benefits without fully understanding the process—and often become believers afterward.

Reiki complements—not replaces—other healing modalities. I recommend continuing your current treatments while incorporating Reiki for a more holistic approach to healing.

Everyone’s healing journey is unique, so the number of sessions can vary from person to person. During your first session, I’ll tune into your body and energy to understand your specific needs. We'll then create a plan that feels supportive and aligned. In general, most people benefit from 4 to 8 sessions to experience deeper and lasting results.

I offer Holy Fire® Reiki, a refined, deeply healing form of Reiki introduced by the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). This energy is gentle yet powerful and works at a high level of consciousness to promote deep transformation.
